1. They take more than they give :
You shouldn’t be keeping score in your friendships, but if the only time your friends come around is when they have their hands out asking for favours, you should not call it a Healthy Friendship. If your friend expects more from you than you can possibly give her and gives very little in return, it can become a problem. Friendships should be a balance of give and take. A one-sided relationship where
you’re always on the giving side can really take its toll on your health. You might feel like are being taken advantage of. And if it is so, You must FLY OUT.
2. Their unhealthy habits influence you:
You are friends obviously because you love spending time with each other and have a lot in common. But you might be sharing more than you should. If their unhealthy habits or addictions like smoking, drinking or drugs influence you to adopt the same, it is time to re-consider your friendship.
3. They Put you down and attack your self confidence :
A good friend should inspire you to shoot for the stars and not cut your wings. He/She should bring you cheer and confidence. And if a friend consistently belittles you, makes you feel bad about yourself or pushes you to the Pessimistic attitude , Sneak Out.
4. They cannot be trusted with your secrets :
We all have flaws and then we all have friends too. But our friends accept us with all our flaws. It is not everybody you share your secrets with and obviously that circle is small. But sometimes that circle might have loopholes you are not aware of. But what if your friends spill the beans or they dig your past and bring your secrets into an unrelating discussion or any heated arguement, not caring about your sentiments, then he is just not the person you should open yourself too.
5. They Stay In Their Comfort Zone:
We grow in life only when we step out of our comfort zones. If your friends are contented with life under the radar and inside the box, chances are, you will be too. And this is dangerous because they might be doing it unconsciously. They are so used to their daily comforts that they do want to risk or do something significant even if that could lead them to success. You must exit from such companies and surround yourself with people who inspire you to push your boundaries and aim higher.
